At 67k had the timing chain ,tensioner etc changed.Now at 90k chain has stretched and the best part of £1000 will be spent

That is a good price. My local Stoneacre would want £99 just to 'confirm the diagnosis' that a cam chain kit is needed! Bog standard 2010 DSport THP150, 1973 Clan Crusader, 2003 Harley Davidson Softail, 2007 Vespa 250GTS, 2011 Peugeot Boxer campervan ,a few push bikes, and one eMTB.
