Edmunds' expert review of the Used 2018 Toyota Yaris iA provides the latest look at trim-level features and specs First post on this forum and need some advice, Have an old beloved 2000 Toyota Tundra. I bought it from my grandfather before he passed. The accelerator died on me on the highway. The mechanic said it was a throttle body problem. - had the same problem 2 years ago with the throttle sensor and they replaced it.
2008 toyota Yaris, first car 131k miles, $4000 (decided to skip out on the prius) i decided to skip on the prius ,so i might get this instead, i know Toyota is a reliable brand but not sure how reliable a 131k mile 2008 Yaris will be, hoping to make it to 180k-200k miles on it with regular maintenance , i am a college student who just needs

Well, right car, a Yaris would probably be alright, but, 148k miles is quite a lot. It is a Toyota, so it will probably be reliable. Get the engine and suspension checked before buying. And if you live in a snowy part of the world (you mentioned a deer so you probably do), you shoıld check the underside for rust.

It’s free and tells you a lot about the previous owners! With regards to Jazz or Yaris. Both are quite similar as will be reliable but fairly basic. More space in the jazz due to clever folding rear seats. I would say either would be good, just try to find one in good condition at the correct price point. 4.

That’s the exact dilemma that I’m having. I found an ‘09 Civic manual transmission that has 72,000 miles for the same price as this 2015 Yaris. But the Civic is from a used car dealership and got in an ambiguous accident in 2011. I’m leaning towards the Yaris since it’s a private sale and I’m just getting good vibes all around
Any thoughts on this car for a small family of 3 (with a 3 year old) that won't get any bigger. We use the car quite sparingly (the volvo has 15k km after 2 years). We use the car for shopping runs, trips to the mountains (1-2 hour drive) and the odd long drive (500-600km) once a year. Is it worth considering instead of the Yaris Cross?
