From your posts, it seems your oil consumption is split between the ring packs (on pistons) being partially stuck due to carbon build-up and from the valve cover gasket. If you wanted to get aggressive with those ring packs, set aside a few hours, pull the coils and plugs then pour 10-15 ml of Sea Foam into each cylinder through the plug hole
