Perhaps surprisingly, the Focus sedan’s 13.2 cubic feet of trunk room is .8 more than supplied by the Mazda3 four-door, and there’s 2.1 extra cubic feet of cargo capacity behind the Focus hatchback’s rear seats (20.2 vs. 23.3). The 2015 and 2016 6 doesn't have blind spot and an older display (looks like they upgraded that across the Board starting in 2016). My question really though is about the engine. I notice the mazda 3 has a smaller engine, but I am hearing it's fun to drive.
Sedan. Aesthetically they can't be beat. Officially they also get better MPG. The rear of the hatches have declined visually since the 1st generation Mazda 3. The tail lights of the 2nd generation became cheesier looking with it's all clear, cheap looking lens.
